The Nunc is built with AI
Third Party Tools

The Nunc uses OpenAI platform tools.

OpenAI has a data policy that says that Open AI will not use data sent to the OpenAI API to train its own models without explicitly opting in to this use case (although it may be stored by OpenAI for abuse monitoring and for the purpose of completing tasks assigned to it). The Nunc has not explicitly opted in. For that reason, The Nunc considers that the data you share with The Nunc is not available to OpenAI for training purposes. The Nunc has no control over OpenAI's policies or visibility as to how they are applied. For this reason, to the extent permitted by law The Nunc disclaims liability for any data that you share being used by OpenAI for training purposes either in accordnce with or contravention of OpenAI's stated policy.

Proprietary Training

The Nunc does not currently use your data to train its own models. We intend to do this. Before we start, you will be given the choice to opt-out of our data training project. If you choose to opt-out, we will not train our model with your data.

We are developing beta tools that aim to predict splurge triggers, personalise nudges and measure the outcomes of the decision support techniques we deploy. We will not use your data to train these tools if you opt-out of the training project.

Changes

We may update this from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect from the date posted.
